Our services are advisory in nature. We facilitate, guide, and support the processes involved but cannot guarantee outcomes such as university admissions, visa approvals, or employment offers, as final decisions rest with third-party institutions, embassies, and employers.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when engaging our services
• Promptly provide documents and information required to progress your application
• Make payments as agreed in the service engagement letter
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances relevant to the services

4. Payment Terms

Fees are as stated in the package descriptions or as agreed in your service engagement. Payment terms, refund conditions, and cancellation policies will be set out in the individual service agreement signed prior to commencement of services.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we apply all reasonable expertise and effort, we expressly do not guarantee: visa approval, university admission, job placement, salary levels, or specific timelines. Outcome guarantees, if any, are only valid where explicitly stated in writing in your individual service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Elevate AI UG or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate AI UG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
